Finance Analyst Agency

We are seeking a dynamic Finance Analyst to generate weekly billing data analysis for specific clients as directed by the Finance Supervisor or Manager. Perform detailed auditing of call log reporting vs. hours logged. Perform reconciliation of any project related spending in regard to what needs to be billed back to clients (i.e product spend, supply spend or 3rd party agency expenses incurred). Assist Supervisor or Manager in generating accurate monthly revenue forecasting and revenue/expense accruals for applicable programs. Assist Supervisor or Manager in researching and resolving problems that may arise with system data. Assist in the development of new processes to streamline reconciling activities as opportunities arise. Be able to generate billing analysis reports as a back-up to other Analysts.

Responsibilities:
- Analyze weekly non-performed event logs received from client and compare to PTS reporting in order to determine which events need further research to verify as billable event.
- Reconcile Product, Supply and/or 3rd party expenses and incorporate report into billing analysis.
- Assist in Monthly Revenue Forecasting as directed by Supervisor.
- Assist in Monthly Revenue & Expense Accruals as directed by Supervisor.
- Assist in researching and resolving problems that may arise in receiving accurate data from various systems.
- Perform ad hoc analysis projects as requested by Supervisor or Manager.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Computer Science or related field or equivalent job-related experience required
- 1-3 years of experience in Accounting or Finance
- Good written communication and verbal communication skills
- Strong prioritization skills
- Good interpersonal skills
- Well-organized, detail-oriented, and able to handle a fast-paced work environment
