Daymon is hiring for our 2024 Summer Internship Program. This individual will be with us for 8-12 weeks. Relocation assistance is provided to those who are not local to the area. Internships provide students with challenging, relevant work experience in their field of interest as well as introduce them to additional career opportunities. Internships may lead to future opportunities within the Company, although there are no guarantees for full-time employment. Internships are offered in the following areas: Sales & Marketing, Brand Strategy, Supply Chain, Analytics, and Retail.
Internship Criteria:
- High School Diploma or GED
- Applicants must be attending any accredited, two or four-year degree-granting institution or an accredited Graduate Master’s or MBA program, in the United States
- Applicants must be of junior or senior status or have graduated during the previous year
- Applicants must be working towards a Business or Business related major. Some applicable majors are:
- Marketing
- Business Administration
- Food Science
- Food Marketing
- Agriculture
- Retail Studies
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for leading or assisting in the completion of business unit projects as assigned
- Assist the business unit team with day-to-day work that covers activities across the division
- Assist in developing new systems, reports, and analytics to support business unit needs
- Audit/review documents submitted for completeness and accuracy
- Work with others in the business unit group on initiatives aimed at process improvements
- Perform other duties as assigned
The salary range for this role is $20.00 per hour
