We are currently seeking a Customer Service Specialist, they would be responsible for interacting with customers to provide and process information in response to inquiries, concerns and requests about products and services.

Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate customer issues and resolve problems
  • Receive and process orders 
  • Confirm customer orders 
  • Notify customers of pricing
  • Maintain client/customer information
  • Other duties, responsibilities and activities as assigned

Qualifications:

  • Strong client/customer relationship knowledge
  • Microsoft Office proficiency; Advanced Excel skills preferred 
  • Ability to effectively communicate via phone and email
  • Creative problem solving and project management skills
  • Excellent critical thinking and analytical ability
  • Unquestionable work ethics, personal integrity and honesty
