Vice President of Project Management
The Vice President of Project Management will lead the Project Management function and associated team. This seasoned Project Management (PM) professional will have deep knowledge and experience of industry relevant Project Management best practices and systems and be able to implement them resulting in increased efficiency, establishment of and adherence to an optimized work-flow process, reduced cycle times, more effective use of resources/talent, and reductions in errors/omissions. This position will work cross-functionally within the agency to ensure that the project management discipline addresses the business requirements of both internal departments (account, creative, strategy) as well as the needs of our clients. While training and leading a team of internal project managers (Sr PMs, PMs, Jr PMs) the VP Project Management is a working manager role that will be responsible to both establish team quality standards and a learning curriculum to perpetuate and instill excellence within the department as well as deliver work product to our clients.
