Sr Account Executive Agency
This full-time position is crucial to support one of Advantage Solutions top clients, Hormel Foods. The individual will support the Hormel Omni-Channel business at Walmart with a heavy emphasis on Walmart.com. Due to Walmart's significance, the role is highly visible and requires someone with substantial experience who can seamlessly step into the role with a strong understanding of Walmart and Walmart Connect systems.
Key Requirements:
- Walmart Connect Experience: Proficient in basic advertising metrics.
- Walmart Content Quality: Knowledge of Walmart’s content quality scores and standards.
- SupplierOne & Luminate Expertise: Experience with these platforms, including Luminate report building.
- Trade Funding & Promotion Management: Skilled in managing trade funds and promotions.
- Walmart Systems: Competence in item setups and catalog management within Walmart's systems.
- Tableau Proficiency: Experience in using Tableau for dashboard creation.
- Walmart Omni-Ecosystem Understanding: Familiarity with Walmart’s omni-channel ecosystem, including OPD, S2H, and In-Store.
- Collaboration with Graphic Designers: Experience working on campaigns.
- Forecasting & Brand Management: Expertise in forecasting and managing a large brand portfolio.
- Project Management: Proven experience in leading projects.
- Innovation Launches: Experience in launching new innovations.
- Category Buyer Relationship Management: Skilled in maintaining relationships with Walmart category buyers.
- Excel Mastery: Advanced Excel skills, including formulas and pivot tables.
- Digital Display Campaigns: Ability to build item sets for digital display campaigns, determining featured items.
