Revenue Growth Management Team Overview:

Advantage Solutions is growing its Revenue Growth Management (RGM) team responsible for maximizing its revenue potential. The team is responsible for analyzing data, understanding market dynamics, and utilizing various pricing and promotional strategies to enhance revenue and profitability.  The team sets, maintains, and monitors prices across Advantage Solutions.  The team is led by the Senior Vice President of Revenue Growth Management who reports directly into the Chief Financial Officer.

Title: Manager, Price Getting, Branded Services

Location: Remote – Continental US or Canada

Position Summary:

The Manager of Price Getting will have a key role in developing and implementing strategies to achieve price realization in the company’s Branded Services segment, one of the company’s largest business segments. The position will report to the Vice President of Strategic Pricing of Branded Services, and will collaborate closely with the business development teams in the Branded Services business segment to ensure pricing activities are aligned with the company’s business goals.  This position will be responsible for closely monitoring and analyzing pricing outcomes, collaborating with the sales and business development teams, and identifying opportunities to enhance revenue through effective price realization tactics.

Key Responsibilities:

Pricing strategy execution support

  • Support development of pricing strategies and proposals for specific commercial opportunities
  • Ensure compliance and effective execution of the Branded Services pricing strategies
  • Be fully knowledgeable and act as the go-to expert to answer questions from sales and business development representatives on the company’s pricing guidelines, concepts, and frameworks
  • Partner with Branded Services Finance organization to assess the financial implications of pricing decisions
  • Perform risk assessments for pricing actions to understand and mitigate potential business impacts
  • Identify practical opportunities to maximize revenue potential through pricing and influence sales and business development teams to adopt them
  • Manage pricing approval processes based on clearly defined escalation thresholds
  • Oversee execution of price changes and ensure compliance
  • Track and identify price leakage at customer and service level


  • Partner with the RGM Analytics, Tools, & Enablement team to provide training and support to sales and business development teams on pricing strategies, negotiation tactics, and how to effectively communicate value to customers
  • Share internal and external best practices with business development representatives on an ongoing basis to improve pricing capabilities
  • Provide input and feedback on how to strengthen future enablement programs

Reporting and analytics

  • Monitor, report and analyze pricing outcomes to evaluate the effectiveness of Branded Services’ pricing actions
  • Identify practical opportunities and insights to improve future revenue performance

Internal and External Relationships:

  • Work closely with the Vice President of Strategic Pricing of Branded Services to align pricing actions with broader revenue growth goals
  • Partner with sales and business development teams within the Branded Services business segment to understand market feedback, customer reactions to pricing, competitive dynamics, and ensure pricing strategies align with overall business objectives
  • Partner with Branded Services Finance business partners to assess financial implications of pricing decisions

Required Experience and Qualifications:

  • 3-5 years in pricing, revenue management, sales, business development, or a similar role with pricing responsibilities
  • Experience with pricing in services businesses and in the CPG and retail space is preferred, but not required
  • Experience executing pricing processes with cross-functional partners
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work across cross-functional teams and influence senior leadership
  • Exceptional analytical skills in analyzing historical deals and contracts
  • Proven ability to coach and guide deal teams to execute recommended pricing actions
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field; advanced degree (MBA) preferred
