Guest Quest provides primary research and retail consulting to drive strategic business initiatives and decision making for our clients. Our approach delivers primary research generated insights and actionable recommendations that lead to sales growth and guide new business development.   • Support qualitative and quantitative shopper research projects under the direction of a senior researcher. This will include operating in the role of project manager, moderator in-training, survey writer, note-taker, data analyst and storyteller.
  • Eventually lead small-scope projects from start to finish as skills and confidence develops.
  • Own the execution of Guest Quest’s review seeding program which includes activities like: communication with clients, recruiting, screening & communicating with participants, tracking shipments, troubleshooting, and recapping events for clients.
  • Develop an expertise in social listening utilizing a variety of social intelligence tools. Prior experience in social listening is not required, but general curiosity about the insights that can be gained from consumer chatter on the internet is required.
  • Analyze and interpret research data including quantitative survey data qualitative interview data.
  • Note-takers for qualitative interviews and create an easy to analyze format for report writing.
  • Develop stories founded on data and relevant action oriented insights for our clients in a concise and clear manner.
  • Effectively manage planning and execution logistics for Guest Room and other qualitative research. This will include coordinating with 3rd party recruitment firms, recruiting, screening & scheduling participants, coordinating pre-interview activities and managing day of logistics.

  • Willingness to travel 20% of the time
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, statistics, marketing, market research or psychology (preferred)
  • 2+ years of relevant experience (marketing, market research, data analytics)
