In the role of Associate Project Manager, your main responsibility will be ensuring completion of all open and incoming projects for your designated customers.   • Daily email and phone correspondence; prompt communication with internal and external personnel
  • Scheduling of and participation in client meetings with designated customers; notetaking in those sessions
  • Publication of timely recap notes with established next steps after every communication(s)
  • Ownership of all client information; this includes project trackers (excel workbooks), calendars, sales and marketing collateral, spec sheets and other materials as needed. This means constant note taking and record keeping for any open project
  • Sales support (tracking deadlines, tasks and resources; reporting potential roadblocks and working with assigned partners to resolve issues)
  • Administrative support (form creation and/or completion, building sales presentations, management of cost sheets, price lists, purchase orders and similar documentation; customer portal inputs, vendor and item set up and maintenance, etc.


  • Associate's Degree or equivalent experience required; Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in Marketing/Communications is preferred
  • Strong written communication and verbal communication skills required
  • Managing through systems and structured processes required
  • Familiarity with product development processes preferred
  • Ability to visualize and plan objectives and goals strategically
  • Well-organized, detail-oriented, and able to handle a fast-paced work environment
  • Basic computer skills including familiarity with Word, Excel, Outlook and Internet usage
