Client Finance Manager

The Client Finance Manager serves as the face of the Agency to assigned client financial contact(s) and works across internal teams to ensure excellence in budgeting, financial tracking, and reconciliation.
A successful Client Finance Manager must practice effective written and oral communication skills with clients, customers, agency partners, and third-party vendors. Strong attention to detail and a passion for financial rigor are a must.

Responsibilities:
- Act as cross-functional lead for finance process, working across levels within agency and client teams. Own communication with the client’s finance team, acting as a single point of contact for the agency.
- Develop strategic recommendations and reports. Identify patterns and opportunity areas, recommending process improvements accordingly. Provide suggestions for budget shifts based on trends.
- Lead strategic evaluation and analysis of vendor costs/invoices as well as real-time reconciliation. Manage reconciliation process, ensuring timely invoicing and developing reports as needed.
- Manage budget changes and period close processes, work closely with the client’s finance and shopper marketing leads.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent job-related experience required
- 5+ Years of experience in finance within an agency environment; agency experience strongly preferred
- Effective written and oral communication skills with clients, customers, agency partners, and third-party vendors
- Strong attention to detail and a passion for financial rigor are a must
- Understanding of agency financial processes
Compensation for this role will range from $55,000 to $65,000.
