Business Development Representative - ABI

As a Business Development Representative, you will be responsible for execution of annual account plans by customer, to reflect the brand and customer strategies by supporting the delivery of their business goals. Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain relationships with mainly on-premise (bars, restaurants, etc) owners and managers within key territory
  • Increase rate of sale for key brands within the category portfolio; beer, RTD’s, seltzers, flavored malt beverages and more
  • Deliver executional excellence via activations & samplings, sell-ins, features, and sales growth
  • Utilize data analytics to identify gaps and opportunities for increasing volume and distribution
  • Provide market intelligence on local and regional activities
  • Achieve and/or exceed monthly Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s)

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree (preferred)
  • Access to reliable transportation within your territory is critical
  • *Spanish Fluency is key for this market
  • Prior experience working in traditional on-premise role or bars or restaurants preferred
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to make oral presentations
  • Ability to develop strategic plans and make sound decisions to grow the business
  • Track record of building and maintaining customer/client relationships and customer satisfaction
  • Flexible and adaptable; Impeccable time management skills
  • Strong computer skills and daily Internet access
  • Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) proficiency

The salary range for this role is $50,000-$65,000
