Retail Client Services Manager

Responsibilities:

  • Work to resolve any noncompliance issues at retail where possible and communicate properly the unsolvable issues.
  • Attend retail meetings to communicate client objectives, general retail trainings, market condition observations and assist in sales training.
  • Ability to provide Strategic analysis of reporting-based goals and communicate insights
  • Assess and determine the success of specific initiatives
  • Gather data from various sources and then build reporting tools to provide meaningful information

Qualifications

  • 3-5 years of experience in the applicable field
  • 2+ years of supervisory experience
  • Strong prioritization skills
  • Project management skills
  • Good interpersonal and team building skills
  • High Level computer skills including, Excel, PowerPoint, and Internet usage
  • Familiarity of Power BI capabilities
