You’re a dynamic and talented Media Supervisor with experience in media planning (traditional & digital channels) and servicing a portfolio of accounts. You have supervised teams of Media Associates and been successful in maintaining healthy account relationships and endeavors. You have become a valued partner to clients and deliver high-performing media plans.
Lead a team working with incredible brands at a leading organization in the commerce and retail industry. Utilize your strong working knowledge of the media space and an ability to lead media plan development and provide strategic recommendations to the senior management and our clients. You’ll lead the setup, execution, and reporting on all facets of media plans and present results.

Your typical day as a Media Supervisor:
Working alongside the Associate Media Director, you’ll interpret briefs, ask clarifying questions, coordinate all steps required to create media plans, and integrate, as necessary, all assigned media activities, including a presentation to various stakeholders and the client. You’ll collaborate with AMD & Planning team to lead the development of target insights, utilizing research tools and resources to aid in planning recommendations and campaign development. Your insights and recommendations will determine the best possible implementation of all approved media plans and projects, leading relationships and processes with production, account, and dev teams to execute. You’ll manage and present media performance reports with a team of associates who’ll support you by gathering and organizing data and metrics. You’ll have oversight of client budgets, leading the billing process, and monitoring of spending.
· Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience required
· Media savvy and expertise
· Ability to consult our clients with confidence, providing data-driven recommendations and insights
· A desire to coach and mentor associates in the best practices of media planning, execution, reporting, and budget management
