Position Summary

The primary responsibility of the Vice President, Talent Delivery is to lead all high-volume talent delivery strategies and activities. This position will partner with senior leadership to develop and implement a comprehensive staffing strategy and corresponding programs to enable the organization to achieve its business objectives. This individual will lead a proactive recruiting organization to ensure that the best talent is sourced, attracted, recruited, and retained by the organization. This position will be responsible for hiring over 13,000 associates per year while managing all talent delivery leaders, high-volume recruitment teams and defining talent strategy and workforce planning for multiple business divisions in the US and Canada.

Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities

Job Duty


·Providing leadership, direction and oversight to assigned high-volume Talent Delivery teams with accountability to the Senior Vice President of Talent Acquisition.

·Creating and implementing talent acquisition strategies for high-volume hiring.

·Developing, improving and providing direct oversight on end-to-end recruitment practices and processes for high-volume Talent Delivery teams.

·Defining and driving teams to meet and exceed hiring benchmarks relating to time to fill, cost per hire, diversity hiring and hiring manager and candidate satisfaction.

·Partnering with leaders across the organization to forecast and track ongoing hiring needs of their business.

·Partnering and developing key relationships with business leaders, internal hiring managers, hiring teams, and other stakeholders to recommend and successfully implement innovative and effective recruitment strategies to include programmatic, online and grassroots tactics.

·Set strategic and operational direction to support organizational goals and expansions.

·Managing complex projects involving multiple stakeholders and utilizing the team and indirect teams to accomplish positive results.

·Maintaining relationships with internal partners including diversity and inclusion, talent attraction, talent operations, and human resources business partners.

· Leverage personal and professional networks, knowledge of talent communities, recruitment best practices, and excellent judgment to counsel and guide hiring managers.












Supervisory Responsibilities

Direct Reports

- Hires, retains, trains, coaches, guides, directs, and develops direct reports using company-wide processes, tools and resources

Indirect Reports

- May delegate work of others and provide guidance, direction and mentoring to indirect reports

Travel and/or Driving Requirements

- Travel and Driving are not essential duties or functions of this job

Minimum Qualifications The following are the minimum job-related qualifications which an individual needs in order to successfully perform the essential duties and responsibilities of the job

Education Level: (Required): Bachelor's Degreeor equivalent experience        

Field of Study/Area of Experience:

12+ Years of experience in recruitment experience.
7+ Years of experience in leading a team, with individuals outside the US ideal.

  • A demonstrated track record turning around and rebuilding professional talent acquisition organizations.
  • Experience navigating a large, complex or global environment across multiple divisions, and operating effectively in a fast-paced environment.

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to positively interact at all levels of the organization.
  • Strong business acumen, the ability to drive change initiatives

Environmental & Physical Requirements

Office / Sedentary Requirements

Incumbent must be able to perform the essential functions of the job. Work is performed primarily in an office environment. Typically, requires the ability to sit for extended periods of time (66%+ each day), ability to hear telephone, ability to enter data on a computer and may require the ability to lift up to 10lbs.
