Jr. Analyst
Position Summary
The Jr. Planner supports and collaborates with the strategy and development team with the collection of data and information for the preparation of case studies, brainstorms, and competitive and market audits. This position will utilize many industry and proprietary tools to gather and analyze information as part of day-to-day client projects, agency presentations, and agency reference tools.

· Explore, analyze, and utilize data information resources to uncover inputs for further analysis · Assist senior planning team with data and information collection and will identify and develop marketing solutions and selling stories · Extensively contribute to presentation content by running inquiries, collecting secondary information via several resource databases, online searches, and other resources to update projects that include brainstorm prep, competitive audits, and category reviews · Own the strategic planning team quarterly publications and information sharing for both internal and external use regarding trends in grocery, retail, product categories, and other topics related to shopper marketing · Stay abreast of trends in shopper marketing and share industry learning with agency, client(s), and external publications | 35% 35% 15% 15% |

Minimum Qualifications The following are the minimum job-related qualifications which an individual needs in order to successfully perform the essential duties and responsibilities of the job
Education Level: (Required): High School Diploma or GEDor equivalent experience
(Preferred): Bachelor's Degree
Field of Study/Area of Experience: Business, Marketing, Communications or equivalent job-related experience
- 1year of experience in brand marketing, promotion agency, shopper marketing or consumer marketing
