About the Business Coordinator Role:

E-commerce is a fast-paced industry, and the only constant is change.  We are looking for someone who is detailed, tech savvy & self-directed to join our team as a Business Coordinator in our Business Management Center of Excellence. This role is responsible for providing top notch tactical and operational support within our Business Management Center of Excellence.  The Business Coordinator role acts as jack-of-all-trades and will have exposure to projects from a wide range of business activities that help our brand partners to grow sales at various digital retailers. In a work-from-home environment, to be successful, Business Coordinators will need to learn quickly, and be motivated, independent workers.

Job Responsibilities

  • A variety of regular data and analytics tracking and reporting (sales, inventory, promotional, etc.)
    • Build, update and work within numerous detailed project trackers, spreadsheets and presentations
  • Set up and monitor online promotions programs (coupons, deals, promotions, Born to Run offers, Buy Box monitoring, etc.)
  • Regular price monitoring and troubleshooting where needed within online platforms
  • Assistance with inventory recommendations and analysis including FBA shipment creations within Amazon Seller Central
  • Conduct category competitive assessments / monitoring & analysis
  • Regular support case creations and monitoring within Amazon or other online retailers to troubleshoot problems in a timely manner
  • Effectively collaborate and communicate within cross functional teams, peers and enterprise to ensure closed loops relative to supporting our brand partners
  • Continuously develop a professional knowledge within the ever-changing online shopping space
  • Actively engaging in company culture and events with a positive attitude
  • Ad hoc projects as deemed necessary by Strategic Business Manager

Skills, Knowledge and Abilities

  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills 
  • Must be detail oriented with a bias towards action (self-starter)
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal 
  • Solid time management skills – approaches work with a sense of urgency and effectively able to prioritize and exercise good judgement
  • Must be able to effectively handle multiple tasks and projects simultaneously in a highly complex and fast paced work environment 
  • Strong computer skills, including demonstratable proficiency with Microsoft Excel (pivot table and vlookup experience), PowerPoint, Word, Outlook as well as a comfortability using e-commerce platforms and web browsers and Sharepoint
  • Team player with good people skills, professionalism and ability to time manage  
  • Relevant Amazon / e-commerce experience a plus
