The Vice-President TA Strategic Alignment is responsible for helping to drive the Talent Acquisition communication and change agenda within the function and across the enterprise, ensuring alignment to our strategy across key stakeholders. This role drives communications strategies for key Talent Acquisition programs and milestones to drive clarity of direction and translate that into narratives designed to build understanding with a variety of key stakeholders. This role is also responsible for culture building activities designed to create engagement and sense of one TA team.
