We are seeking a highly dynamic Account Manager to be the liaison for client accounts, working with the client and across the agency to coordinate

job/project completion and delivery.  Your role is that of a problem solver and executional maven. You must have the ability to work independently as part of a team in a fast-paced dynamic environment and be able to make decisions and meet stringent deadlines. This is a client facing role, including some independent client communication, so outstanding communication skills are a must. You also need to provide flawless management of day to day project tasks while growing your marketing acumen and business strategy skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Establish proactive, trusted working relationship with clients
  • Liaise with the client and across the agency to coordinate job/project completion
  • Own small to medium projects and oversee execution
  • Become competent at financial job estimates and timelines
  • Begin to outline, assemble and write presentation decks
  • Timely communication of contact reports and status reports
  • Management of team meetings
  • Prepare materials for creative review sessions
  • Begin to learn how to evaluate creative work through agency and client filters and provide feedback that is actionable and betters the work
  • Participate in monthly financial close meetings
  • Cultivate marketing passion into action and identify areas to learn and grow for added team value
  • Immerse and involve yourself in the agency culture beyond your direct team

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience required
  • 1-3 years of experience in agency account services role
  • Process-oriented/strong follow-up/ highly organized approach to managing/prioritizing tasks and day-to-day activity
  • Team player with the ability to collaborate and communicate across both internal and client teams 
  • Proactive, analytical thinker to anticipate and resolve project challenges
  • Intermediate knowledge of MS Office Suite (Word, Power Point, Excel, Teams)
