Advantage Solutions’ Leading Ladies

This International Women’s Day, we’re reflecting on the social, economic, cultural and political achievements of women all across the globe. We’re especially thankful for the many innovative and hardworking women that have helped Advantage Solutions become the leading business solutions provider we are today. While women are out setting records, becoming the leaders of tomorrow, and changing the world for the better, there are still some areas where the gender gap is evident.  According to the Center For American Progress, women make up just over 50% of the U.S. population, hold 52% of all professional jobs, but only account for 25% of executive and senior level managerial roles. As you climb up the organizational ladder, the disparity continues to grow. In fact, only 20% of boards seats, and a mere 6% of CEOs, are women. At Advantage Solutions we are no strangers to breaking free from the status quo. We are immensely proud to have a female CEO and an Executive Leadership Team that is 50% female. We feel very fortunate to have strong and empowering women throughout all levels of our organization and are excited to share a few of their career journeys with you.

Tanya Domier- Chief Executive Officer

Tanya DomierTanya joined Advantage Solutions in 1990 and quickly rose through the company’s ranks, holding a variety of executive-level positions in sales, marketing, and operations. Domier was a key player in the formation of our marketing division, Advantage Marketing Partners, in 2000. Through her guidance and effective leadership, the division rose to the top ten of the PROMO 100 and came to offer a full suite of services from shopper and experiential marketing, to custom content, digital, and multicultural solutions. During her time as President and Chief Operating Officer, she spearheaded a strategic plan for the company to foster a performance-driven culture that emphasizes the importance of proactively adding value and delivering results for all our clients and customers. This plan led to the transformation of Advantage from a sales and marketing company to a leading business solutions provider for brands and retailers. Since becoming CEO in 2013, Tanya has helped develop a full suite of digital technology solutions, grown our international presence, and ensured that Advantage is the single best strategic partner for our clients and customers. Thank you, Tanya, for setting the bar so high and for setting an excellent example for women everywhere.


Jill Griffin- President, Marketing

Tanya DomierJill joined Advantage Solutions in 2008 and brought with her 20 years of unparalleled experience in marketing, sales, client services, and operations. Her professional skills and solid leadership track record with high-growth companies have directly contributed to her success and the evolution of the Advantage Marketing Partners agency. Through her guidance, Advantage’s capabilities have shifted from a primarily Shopper Marketing practice to an omnichannel solution provider with broad-based experiential, digital, social, mobile, multicultural and food service marketing practices. Advantage Marketing Partners has also earned numerous awards under Griffin’s leadership: ranked four years in a row by Ad Age as #1 for in-store experiential marketing services, 3 marketing subsidiaries ranked in Chief Marketer’s Top 200 Marketing Agencies for 2018, 10th largest US Agency Network, and the 19th largest Agency Company Worldwide. In addition to those achievements, Jill has been personally recognized by Progressive Grocer as one of the Top Women in Grocery. Melissa Oesterreich- Chief People Officer

Tanya DomierIn 2001, Melissa joined Advantage and spent the next decade in progressive roles spanning client services, business development, and operations. Each step of the way she showcased her ability to develop high performing teams, people and a culture focused on performance. Because of this, she’s been quite successful in leading our HR organization and engaging with Advantage’s vast and diverse workforce. She has various programs in place to enhance the company’s talent management philosophy, as well as, nurture our process for acquiring, developing, rewarding, and retaining the best talent. In addition, Oesterreich oversees Advantage’s leadership development, training, workforce planning, employee relations, compensation, benefits, and corporate responsibility initiatives. Melissa’s expertise and leadership across many outlets has proven very beneficial for our organization, but also for her personally. She has been awarded the Chairman’s Award, the BIG Award, and received multi-year recognition as a Progressive Grocer Top Woman in Grocery. Your true care for the well-being of our associates and our organization as a whole does not go unnoticed and we are incredibly thankful for you, Melissa!


Rekha Ramesh- Chief Information Officer

Tanya DomierWe are thrilled to have welcomed Rekha to our team as part of our strategic combination with Daymon Worldwide in December 2017. While at Daymon, Rekha digitized Daymon’s go-to market strategy, upgraded the application portfolio for all business units, and drove cloud computing, security compliance, and digital strategy. She also has 27 years of progressive leadership experience in retail services, consumer goods, entertainment, direct selling, and managing workforces all across the globe. In addition, Rekha has leveraged her entrepreneurial spirit on multiple occasions by launching her own software business, introducing fast prototyping concepts, and constantly looking for ways to optimize cost. We’re very excited to have such a strong digital evangelist on our team and are looking forward to the innovative ideas Rekha has for Advantage’s infrastructure, business systems, mobility, and back-office operations.
